These unique wooden herb strippers help you strip leaves off of various herb stems, and make kitchen prep a lot easier! The organic shapes are rounded and sanded by hand and are smooth and soft to the touch, a delight to hold and use. The varied hole sizes allow for different stem thicknesses, from cilantro to rosemary to mint.
Like everything else in my shop, I make these strippers by hand from wooden remnants that I source from local Toronto studios. I cut, drill, and sand the shapes, wet them to raise the grain, smooth even further, and finally finish with Clapham's Salad Bowl Finish, which is a blend of beeswax and mineral oil. To take care of your herb stripper, gently handwash with water & mild soap, and occasionally rub lightly with mineral oil. Please do not soak!

Pictured here are my current herb strippers! Please select the number of the one you would like. Each stripper I make measures approximately 1.5-2" by 2.5-3", and the holes are always placed for ease of use.
